Lush tropical plants and trees surround the nearly 2,500 square foot home with expansive living areas. Walk the winding brick pathway through the professionally landscaped front courtyard, that is highlighted with exterior low voltage lighting, and enter in the front door. You are greeted by a living room that is furnished with professionally designed seating accompanied by a gas fireplace. Located adjacent to the living area is an ample sized kitchen with small bar seating. The Kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances and everything you would need to prepare the largest of dinners.  Around the corner you will find the large dining room with seating for 8 and views of the tropical landscaping through the sliding glass doors that lead out to a patio with a grill. Adjacent to the dining room is a large family room furnished with a comfy sectional sofa where you can enjoy some downtime from the beach and pool watching your favorite shows on the 60" flat screen smart TV.  The family room also offers a small bar with mini fridge and a table for snacking or games. Access to the pool area is through the glass sliding doors just off the family room. New chaise lounge chairs including a double chaise surround the pool area.

Back to the sleeping areas of the home, you will find a large king master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a large shower stall. The second bedroom  is furnished with all new king furniture.

The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds and has a smart TV. Exit the house and continue walking the brick path to access the newly added 4th bedroom. This room is great for those wishing to seek have a little privacy and is furnished with a queen bedroom set. Keep in mind this bedroom shares the newly remodeled 2nd bathroom, which features a tub/shower combo and it is located inside the main house.

Beyond the screened in lanai is an another outdoor seating area featuring adirondack chairs and a chiminea for those few chilly nights in Florida.

There is a wagon, beach chairs and sand toys for your use during your stay. 

The property is located near the north end of Siesta Key and is just 750 feet to the nearest beach access. Easy access getting on and off the key as well as to grocery stores, Southside Village, Downtown and the new CineBistro movie theatre within the newly redeveloped South Gate Mall. Utilize any one of the many free ride (tips only) services on the island to take a trip into Siesta Key village filled with restaurants, shopping, and night life or to the main public beach. Other great things nearby: Water sports, including paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, golf, mini-golf, Selby Botanical Gardens, Ringling Museum, Mote Aquarium, cinemas, St Armand’s Circle, art galleries, supermarkets, gourmet markets including Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Morton’s, downtown Sarasota upscale shops, restaurants and galleries are all within a 10 minute drive.
